We got an offer on a new space that we couldn’t give up. The arduous task of transplanting from our production and mailing facilities from one end of Canada to another is no short of a daunting task, so we are asking a little bit more from you.

Here it is, The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

The new facility will have even MORE dedicated production and prototyping space to bring you better, bigger, badder and more functional Skinths than ever before. The new facility will be able to not only complete individual custom Skinths in a more efficient time frame, newer models to keep up with the emerging digital trends will be made as well.

The new shop is nearly 1600 kms (1000 miles for you imperial folks) away and the move comes with packing up, organizing, tear down and transport time. The new shop is being designed as we speak and will need to be set up as we touch down again.

Unfortunately, this means a few things. You’ve already ordered a Skinth, carefully selected your options that suit your needs and have waited a few weeks. Each Skinth is made from the ground up and we hope that we can serve you even the new space.

We need to ask more of you and continue be patience as we transition into the new Skinth HQ. We have estimated the new shop reopening for the following week of June 15th, 2012. Which means your Skinth will be produced AFTER that time. We cannot stress that your continued and excellent support of Skinth has lead us to this ultimatum: Expand or fail.
