We recently came across this new bit of hardware to finish the ends of 1″ webbing, but they needed a little bit of a light touch to evenly crimp down.

Made from white Delrin, we machined some no marring jaws to install on our press-die and Skinth Jaws was born.

Turned on a lathe, we took some 1″ space age Delrin and went to town on those webbing caps.

Biting down hard while leaving no trace it happening.
